Frequently Asked Questions

Our tents are 16 feet around and can comfortably sleep 4-6 adults with our various sleeping arrangements. We have queen beds and twin beds. All of our tents will come with 1 queen bed unless otherwise specified. A bare tent option can accommodate up to 8 people. 

We currently do not accommodate set ups at campgrounds, parks, or other public spaces unless special accommodations are made ahead of time. Contact us for info.

We provide a standard bed sheet, pillows, and a light blanket for each bed. For sleeping, we recommend bringing sleeping bags for an extra “camping” experience. 

Delivery & set up is Free for locations within the city. Contact us if you are outside city limits.

Of course, all we ask is that you cancel a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation. If you want to cancel within 7 days of your booking date, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date. 

We sparred no expense, our tents are 100% canvas weather-resistant, mold-resistant, waterproof, fire retardant — these four qualities make our bell tents more durable than other luxury camping tents on the market. Our tents are rated for 4 season use.
