EQUIPMENT HIRE

Booking and Cancellations

1. Once the dates of your hire period have been confirmed by email, your booking is secured.

2. Payment is taken at the time of booking. 

3. Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the event date will result in a loss or 25% or the total booking.

Cancellations within 2 weeks notice will result in the loss of 50% of the total party booking. Cancellations of less than 48 hours will result in the loss of all monies paid.

4. You are responsible for any damage and loss caused to the equipment regardless of culpability. Any damage will be invoiced to you, after the event and any costs incurred to Glamping Ltd. Co. By booking, you agree to pay all costs to rectify this.

Usage

5. Smoking is not permitted around or in, any of our equipment; Any equipment damaged by, or that requires additional cleaning as a result of smoking will incur a damage charge.

6. Animals are not permitted in our tents

8. You agree that Glamping Ltd. Co, its Agents, Officers or Employees, accept no

liability for any personal injury or damage to any persons or property suffered during the period of your usage and will ensure that you have the relevant insurance to cover the duration of your hire.

9. Glamping Ltd. Co. supplies equipment only. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that any child or persons using the equipment is suitably supervised for the duration of the hire period.

10. Any equipment provided by Glamping Ltd Co. must be returned at the end of the hire period. Any items not returned; returned damaged or soiled beyond standard cleaning will incur a charge

11. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that weather conditions are suitable for the intended use of the equipment. Glamping Ltd. Co, under no circumstances will refund any monies paid, including the deposit for any hire that cannot be completed or any dissatisfaction as a result of adverse weather

12. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is a large enough space for the equipment to be erected and that the area is safe, flat and not waterlogged or muddy. Glamping Ltd. Co. reserves the right to refuse set up, if the area is not deemed suitable, or if there is a potential risk of damage to the equipment.

Force Majeure

13. You agree that Glamping Ltd. Co. will not be held liable for any of the following: 

Act of God including tempest, fire, flood, storm or natural disaster; War, civil war, sabotage or act of terrorism; Government sanction, embargo, import or export regulation or order: Labour disputes, including strikes, lockouts, boycotts or other industrial action: Failure in the transportation of equipment, machinery or personnel, or in the provision or any utility including power, gas, water or communication services.

15. We reserve the right to amend our website and our terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
